High Energy Inc. was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Denver, Colorado with offices in Colorado and California.

High Energy Inc. (HEI) performs studies, design and analysis, and construction support for electric power systems through 500kV. HEI has extensive experience and expertise in transmission and distribution infrastructure, including overhead and underground lines and substations. The company performs feasibility and facility studies, system planning, assessment of infrastructure and asset evaluations, conceptual engineering, detailed engineering and design, regulatory and system interconnection support, standards development, special studies, GIS mapping, vendor inspection services, O&M and reliability programs, construction management, construction inspection, and testing and commissioning in electrical and civil/structural disciplines.
