A note from Irina Merson, Founder and President

Since I came to America from the former Soviet Union in 1980, and even more so since High Energy Inc. was incorporated in 1998 (as High Energy Group, Inc. until we recently changed our name), the electric utility industry in the United States has been going through dramatic changes. As the industry has become increasingly complex, the challenges and intricacies of the new utility world have shaped and reshaped our company's culture and goals.

We have realized that the greatest value we can offer during the turmoil created by these changes is peace of mind for power industry personnel. We always strive to create a team capable of providing as complete a set of services as possible. That's our promise to our clients! We fulfill that promise by staffing our projects with outstanding people who have become available to our company due to deregulation, and to mergers and acquisitions in the field. Many of our team members are seasoned utility professionals who appreciate the flexibility and creativity they find working for High Energy Inc., as well as an environment conducive to sharing their expertise with younger generation. Thus, our promise to the industry: capturing the knowledge! Finally, we've made a promise to our company. My business partner, Ruth Johnson, and I are determined to make our work enjoyable - for our clients, our staff, and ourselves! And when you add all three up, the sum truly is Peace Of Mind.
